Petesfishplace.com is not responsible for the lost of any item(s) purchased from our site after 14 days of initial shipment arrival. If your item(s) perish during the 14 days after the initial arrival you can either choose to have the item(s) resent or have your money for that item(s) which did not survive refunded. You must take 3 clear pictures of the deceased item(s) on a plain white background surface. Pictures of the item(s) that are in hand will not be granted as genuine. Once the pictures are taken you are to email them to Petesfish@petesfishplace.com. The Pictures you have sent will be observed to check for the authenticity and too see if the item(s) in question is truly deceased. Please not that you are responsible for shipping cost for any Reshipment.
If you choose to have a replacement item(s) resent to you please be aware that there is no guarantee on the items being refunded or replaced after 12 hours of shipment arrival. If your replacement item(s) arrive DOA on the reshipment from initial loss, you must follow the same procedures as you have done for the initial item(s) that were lost. Please take a 3 clear pictures of the deceased item(s) on a plain white background surface. Pictures of item(s) that are in hand will not be granted as genuine. Once the pictures are taken you are to email them to Petesfish@petesfishplace.com. It is in your best interest to be as prompt as possible when sending pictures of the deceased item or items. The longer a customer waits to email the proof of the deceased item(s) the less of a chance the request for item(s) to be replace or a refund of money will be. If you choose not to send pictures of the item(s) in question, you also have to option of sending the deceased item(s) back to us. In the event that you do indeed ship the item(s) back to us you are required to do so with 24 hours from shipment arrival of the item or items in question. Please place the dead item(s) in a sealed zip lock bag that contains a generous portion of table salt. The table salt will help to preserve the item(s) for the trip back and will help to reduce the smell of the deceased item(s) in question. Place the sealed zip locked bag containing the deceased item or items along with the table salt into another zip locked bag. If you do not follow these exact procedures you're Item(s) will not be granted a refund or replacement. Please note that if for some reason the postal service you have used chooses to throw your package out because of bad odor, Petesfishplace.com is not responsible for refund or replacement of your deceased item(s). You are also required to send an email to Petesfish@petesfishplace.com stating that you are sending the deceased item(s) back to us and a detailed message stating the condition of the Item(s) when it initially arrived. Please state in you message weather you want the item(s) in question replaced or weather you would like a refund to be issued.
